Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs

This department takes over all the procedures relative to the staff of the general department; it follows up the procedures of recruitment and discipline, professional performance reports, and completing the shortage in the Department's units by the required human resources.

It prepares the estimating budget in the light of the annual strategy of the General Department, preparing the wages of the staff, controlling the various types of incomes and collections, setting up the financial reports.

It furthermore assumes the provision of department needs of materials and equipments, weapons and military supplies, to control the stores, maintain the machineries in a regular basis and providing the necessary spare parts and equipments.

The Department of administrative and financial affairs consists of four sections which are:
Section of Financial Affairs.
Section of Personal Affairs.
Transportation Section.
Stores.
