Relations and moral guidance section is directly under the General Director control, it includes four branches which are:
Branch of Information affairs.
Branch of moral guidance.
Branch of Police Officers' Club
Branch of Ceremonies and hospitality.

The aims of the Section are as follows:
To foster the ethics of policing and security in the force and to enhance their professional liability and strengthen job satisfaction, to upgrade performance and support human relations besides making them aware of the importance and tools of enhancing the links with public in a manner ensures their assistance and cooperation.
Seek the awareness public with the police roles and tasks, and with the efforts, requirements and methods of fighting and preventing crime. So to achieve such aims the section looks for assisting and encouraging the public to cooperate with Police bodies in the different fields of crime combat, public order control and to abide by behaviors that enable the police to carry out its duties and protect the community against different dangers.
To assume the procedures of receiving and hosting visitors and delegation as well as the procedures of the General Department delegations participating abroad.
To organize conferences and similar activities
Designing security and police information proposal strategy and plans and to execute and supervise them with assistance and of the different media means.
