This centre assumes the control and organization of information and computer nets used in the different administrative units of Sharjah Police, its tasks include:
Estimating and identifying the needs of computer hardware and software.
To put the mechanical plans, nets plans, database, development programmes with controlling the nets of the total system of information adjustment.
To design, operate; develop the programmes and making training courses for computer using and the accredited programmes.
To plan and follow up the project of assembling computer devices
Any other assigned duties

CIC is consisted of three branches which are:
Branch of Programming & Developing.
Branch of Operating Control.
Branch of Maintenance.
