Conditions of Licensing
To obtain any license for a vehicle, machine, heavy or light equipment except cars, the application shall be received on Saturday and Sunday each week, from the office of Traffic Committee at the building of Traffic & Licensing department as per the following terms:

Terms:
A letter from the establishment, the company the corporation or an individual addressing the Committee by the equipment or the vehicles subject of license.
Acopy from the valid trade license issued by Sharjah economic development department.
A copy from the lease contract attested by Sharjah municipality.
A list issued from the Ministry of labour (Sharjah Office) by the number of sponsored persons of the establishment or the company.
A fee of (DHs 100) to be paid against each committee decision.
For licensing transportation companies' vehicles, they shall bring what's prove upon the application the >>>>Sharjah Transport Organization.
For taxis the licensing is totally stopped and the any application shall be submitted to Sharjah Transport.
