Licensing officer shall check the following required papers that include:

New Vehicles
Insurance certificate.
Customs certificate.
Agency sale certificate.
Non-objection letter for vehicle registration from the Sponsor [ for non nationals].
A valid residence permit. [ for non nationals].
Photos.
A copy from the passport.

Used Vehicles
Insurance certificate.
Customs certificate.(import).
A certificate of GCC identification.
A paper of check up of inspection branch.
Sale paper from the other part.
Non-objection letter for vehicle registration from the Sponsor [ for non nationals]
A valid residence permit. [ for non nationals].
Photos.
A copy from the passport.

* The officer shall introduce and save all the above mentioned data into the System making sure of that then give for plates manufacturing with title deed.
