- Original vehicles' documents (customs, transfer and ownership certificates
- Owner of the vehicle should appear in person in case of (individuals) and the person who is authorized to sign on behalf of the company or organization in case of (companies and establishments
- Passport or identity card copy (for individuals), and trade license copy (for companies and establishments
- 4 days Insurance on the export plates in the name of buyer
- Vehicle testing
