Following procedures and documents are required:
Letter from the working place.
Letter from responsible manager (students... etc).
Valid Passport Copy (Valid Residence Visa page is required for non-citizens).
For females, residence registration by legalized tenancy contract from the municipality (those who have residence permit issued from U.A.E.).
Official document for proving age (Birth Certificate).
Pass Medical check-up from licensing authority.
Two (2) personal passport size photographs.
Prescribed fee payment.
