Conditions and required documents:

• A letter from the workplace
• A valid passport copy along with showing the original passport.
• Passing the medical checkup conducted by traffic authority
• Showing the valid original driving license
• Settlement of fines (if any)
• Two passport personal photos
• Paying the fees
• Applicant should hold a nationality of countries of which are excluded by the ministerial resolution
