The license authority issue temporary permission in the following cases:
The lost of driver's license, proof by lost certificate from criminal investigation department.
The holder of driver's license issued from Sharjah and the termination of his/her residence stay duration or state entry by visit or work visa for foreign license.
holders that is exchanged or exception by ministry council decree. It takes place only during official mission through state entry.
GCC license holders, in case file open request to have a license.

Required documents:
Valid passport copy (clarify residence location for non-citizens).
Lost certificate.
in case missing visit or work visa license.
Original license ( عدا حالة الفقدان).
رسالة من جهة العمل او الكفيل.
Passing medical check-up from licensing authority.
استيفاء القيود او المخالفات ان وجدت.
Two (2) passport size photographs.
Prescribed fees payment.
