Conditions
The applicant's residence shall be issued from Sharjah before at least six months from application date.
He shall not have precedents preventing him from such certificate.
Paying the prescribed fees (Dhs. 50) for the Arabic form and (Dhs. 100) for English one.
Taking fingerprints.

The required documents
To bring a passport copy including a valid residence copy for non nationals.
Two photographs.
Typing the form of the certificate.

Procedures:
The application form is received from criminal evidences section to fill the required data.
Then to be delivered to the authorized officer for verifying the correctness of information and conditions, he issue then a bond in which a time is fixed for check up.
Paying the prescribed fees.
Taking the fingerprints in case there are already found so no need to take them again.
