The required documents
A letter explaining loss details.
A copy from the lost passport (if any).
The official guardian (father or mother) shall attend if the holder of the lost passport under the legal age.

Procedures:
Checking the reception of the Criminal Research department – investigation – branch of inquiries.
To fill the application form of loss.
To check the department of Nationalization and Residence.
To check the Criminal research department after 15 days.
To pay a fee of DHs 50.
To receive the certificate during one hour.
