The required documents
A title copy or a letter for whom it may concern issued from the department of traffic and licensing about the (car's data).
A copy of sale contract.(if any).
Reporter's passport copy.
A letter explaining the causes of the circulation.
The car's owner shall report himself or (his representative).
The car's owner shall be from those residing in the station authority area.

Procedures:
Applications are accepted 24 hours a day.
Application is submitted with attachments to the Station.
The head of station shall check the papers and application causes.
The application shall be approved by the station head after criminal research approval to proceed.
The reporter may receive a circulation copy next day of opening the report.
When the car is found it will be seized and the reporter is notified to attend.
