The car's owner shall report himself or (his representative).

Procedures:
To make sure that the reporter is himself the owner.
He submits an application to the competent station which from its part informs the Criminal Investigations Dept. to cancel the circulation of the car.
The reporter may receive a copy from stopping research if he would.
