Brigadier Ibrahim Musabah Al Ajel, Director General of the General
Department of Comprehensive Police Stations, conducted inspection visits to
comprehensive police stations across Sharjah City and the Central and Eastern
Regions to assess operational readiness and review the preparedness of police
personnel in support of public safety and rapid field response.
The tour began with inspection parades for police personnel, during which
Brigadier Al Ajel reviewed the readiness, discipline, and commitment of the
security force. He stressed the importance of maintaining the highest levels of
preparedness to efficiently and professionally respond to various developments
and emergency situations.
Brigadier Al Ajel praised the high level of readiness and discipline
demonstrated by personnel, commending their dedication and commitment in
carrying out their security and policing duties. He noted that such standards
reflect Sharjah Police’s commitment to applying best security practices and
continuously developing the capabilities of its workforce.
The visits also included brainstorming sessions and direct meetings with
employees and police personnel, during which he listened to their ideas and
development suggestions. Discussions focused on initiatives aimed at improving
work quality and enhancing the efficiency of security services provided to the
public.
During the meetings, Brigadier Al Ajel emphasized the importance of direct
communication with employees and benefiting from their field expertise and
observations in developing the work environment and improving performance. He
highlighted that human capital remains the cornerstone of institutional
achievements and the advancement of the security system.
The inspection tour forms part of a series of field visits carried out by
Sharjah Police to strengthen operational readiness and response capabilities,
further reinforcing safety and stability across the emirate.
