The General Command of Sharjah Police, represented by the General Department of Prevention and Safety, organized a brainstorming session at the House of Wisdom, chaired by Brigadier Dr. Ahmed Saeed Al Nuaour, Director General, and attended by a number of department directors and staff members.
The session aimed to discuss ways to develop the operational framework, enhance the efficiency of preventive procedures, and explore qualitative initiatives that contribute to raising levels of readiness and response, in line with best practices, while promoting quality of life and community safety.
Brigadier Dr. Al Nuaour emphasized the importance of adopting innovative ideas and fostering a collaborative work environment, noting that brainstorming sessions serve as an effective platform for exchanging expertise and unifying efforts. This, he explained, supports the achievement of the General Command’s objectives and strengthens the journey of sustainable development.
The session also witnessed the presentation of a package of development-oriented proposals and initiatives aimed at advancing institutional performance, reinforcing a culture of innovation, and promoting teamwork. These efforts fall within a strategic direction targeting the labor workforce in the industrial, commercial, and construction sectors, with a focus on reinforcing occupational health and safety standards and raising preventive awareness. Such initiatives contribute to creating a sustainable and safe work environment that enhances productivity and supports the quality of outcomes.
