Sharjah Police nursery marks first graduation

By Ohood Suleiman Al Naqbi
Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, attended the graduation ceremony of the first cohort of children from the Little Policeman Nursery, in the presence of Muhadditha Al Hashimi, Chairperson of the Sharjah Education Academy. The event was attended by directors-general, senior officers, and officials.
In his speech during the ceremony, Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer said that the occasion carries exceptional significance as it represents an important milestone in the journey of a project that began as an idea and an ambition and has today become a tangible reality, producing a generation of children taking their first steps towards the future.
He added that when the idea of the Little Policeman Nursery was first launched, it was a dream embraced within the organization’s vision and pursued with determination, based on a belief in the importance of providing an integrated educational and developmental environment for the children of its personnel.
“Today, as we celebrate the graduation of the first cohort, we do not simply see children moving on to a new stage. Rather, we see a dream that has become a reality, an effort that has resulted in success, and a mission whose first foundations we are proud to have laid,” he said.
The ceremony included a number of national and educational performances that reflected the children’s talents and the skills they acquired throughout their educational journey. It also featured visual presentations documenting their experience at the nursery.
The event concluded with the recognition of the graduates in an atmosphere of pride and joy.
This achievement reaffirms Sharjah Police’s commitment to investing in people and providing a work environment that meets the needs of its personnel, while also ensuring the availability of an educational environment that nurtures their children and contributes to raising aware generations who remain firmly connected to their national values.
