Sharjah Police and the Sharjah Arabic Language Academy have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation in the fields of culture, knowledge, and linguistics, and to exchange expertise to support their shared objectives and strategic priorities.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by His Excellency Brigadier Faisal bin Nassar, Director General of the General Department of Community Protection and Prevention, and Dr. Mohammed Safi Al Mosteghanemi, Secretary-General of the Sharjah Arabic Language Academy, in the presence of a number of officials and representatives from both sides.
The MoU reflects Sharjah Police’s commitment to expanding its strategic partnerships with leading academic and cultural institutions, reinforcing the status of the Arabic language, and supporting joint initiatives in the fields of language and knowledge.
Both parties affirmed that the Memorandum of Understanding represents a new step toward establishing a sustainable partnership that will facilitate the implementation of high-impact programs and initiatives, promote the exchange of knowledge and expertise, and serve the community while supporting the Emirate of Sharjah’s vision to advance the Arabic language, culture, and knowledge development.
