As part of Sharjah Police’s commitment to strengthening community partnership and enhancing the foundations of security and stability, the Department of Community Prevention and Protection conducted a field visit to the Al Nahwa area in the Emirate of Sharjah. The visit was led by Brigadier Ahmed Mohammed Al Marri, Director of the Department of Community Prevention and Protection, and he was received by His Excellency Abdullah Khalfan Al Naqbi, Wali (Regional Governor) of Al Nahwa. The visit aimed to enhance cooperation and coordination between security and community entities, contributing to a safe and stable environment.
The visit included a comprehensive field tour of Al Nahwa’s facilities and roads, during which he was briefed on the area's security and the level of services provided.
Brigadier Ahmed Mohammed Al Marri affirmed that such field visits reflect the Sharjah Police's commitment to strengthening community partnership, enhancing direct interaction with the public, and listening to their opinions and comments. This contributes to the development of the security system, the improvement of service quality, and the achievement of the highest levels of security and stability.
During the visit, a session was also held at the majlis of His Excellency Abdullah Khalfan Al Naqbi, where key security and community issues in the area were discussed, and they reviewed several development proposals that aim at strengthening joint efforts and activating communication channels with the community, in line with Sharjah Police’s strategic direction in prevention and the enhancement of community security.
