Issue 219

Issue 219 - November 1, 2020 Corresponding to Rabi' Al-Awwal 16, 1442 AH

The United Arab Emirates counters all forms of human trafficking crime; accordingly in 2006, Law No. (51) on Combatting Human Trafficking Crimes as amended by Law No. (1) of 2015, was enacted. The law amendment clearly indicates UAE legislator’s quest for filling the gaps, and for promoting human rights values.

This book throws the spotlight on The UAE’s Law on Combatting Human Trafficking Crimes, and conducts benchmarking with relevant laws of some Arab countries.
