In line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to provide a positive and supportive work environment for employees and their families, His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, welcomed children enrolled at the Little Police Officer Early Childhood Center as part of the back-to-school activities.
The event was attended by Major General Dr. Ali Ahmed Bu Al Zoud, Director General of the General Department of Resources, Ms. Iman Zaid, Head of the Center, and several officers and personnel.
The “Little Police Officer Nursery” project, which opened last year, has undergone a significant expansion with the establishment of the “Little Police Officer Early Childhood Center.” The expansion aims to enhance family stability and improve the quality of work life for Sharjah Police employees.
The Center includes fully equipped kindergarten classrooms with a capacity of up to 30 children, as well as nursery classrooms that accommodate 100 children aged between three months and four years, in a safe educational environment that meets children’s needs across the various stages of their development.
His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, affirmed that developing this project into an integrated early childhood center reflects Sharjah Police’s commitment to the children of its employees. It also demonstrates its dedication to providing an institutional framework that combines care and education while supporting a balance between work requirements and family responsibilities.
During his tour of the Center, His Excellency reviewed the classrooms, educational resources, and modern facilities. The visit also featured a range of recreational and interactive activities that helped prepare the children for a positive start to the new school year.
