Sharjah Police and Emirates Sign MoU to Exchange Expertise and Enhance Employee Quality of Life

The Sharjah Police General Headquarters and Emirates have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen institutional cooperation and facilitate the exchange of expertise and knowledge between the two parties. The agreement also provides exclusive benefits and preferential services that help enhance the quality of life for Sharjah Police employees.

The signing ceremony was attended by His Excellency Major General Dr. Ali Ahmed Bu Al Zoud, Director General of the General Department of Resources and Support Services, and Mr. Adnan Kazim, Deputy Chief and CEO of Commercial Operations at Emirates, along with officers and officials from both parties.

The MoU covers developing cooperation in areas of mutual interest, exchanging institutional expertise and experience, and supporting initiatives that deliver added value to employees. This will enhance performance efficiency and strengthen the foundations of institutional cooperation between the two parties.

Major General Dr. Ali Ahmed Bu Al Zoud affirmed Sharjah Police’s commitment to establishing strategic partnerships with leading national organizations to support its strategic direction to enhance quality of work life and provide benefits and services that meet employees' needs and positively impact the work environment.

He noted that the MoU opens new avenues to exchange expertise and benefit from leading institutional practices.
Mr. Adnan Kazim also expressed his pride in the partnership, saying:
“We are proud of our partnership with Sharjah Police, which reflects our commitment to building long-term institutional relationships with national entities across the UAE and delivering meaningful value to their employees. This partnership enables us to expand our cooperation with Sharjah Police, strengthen engagement with its employees, and provide a more flexible and rewarding travel experience. It also supports our relationship with one of the UAE’s leading government institutions and reflects our continued commitment to serving the local community.”

The MoU reflects both parties’ commitment to strengthening institutional integration and expanding cooperation in ways that develop the work environment, support employee quality of life, and establish an effective partnership that fulfills their shared aspirations.
