Sharjah Police Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Abdul Wahid Al Rostamani Automobiles Group

Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Sharjah Police and Abdul Wahid Al Rostamani Automobiles Group. The agreement falls under the
"Tamalluk" initiative, which enables employees to acquire vehicles through a long-term lease-to-own scheme without bank financing. This step aligns with Sharjah Police's ongoing efforts to enhance employee happiness and strengthen strategic partnerships with the private sector.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed at the Police Headquarters. Sharjah Police was represented by His Excellency Brigadier Dr. Ali Ahmed Bu Alzoud, Director General of the General Directorate of Resources and Support Services, while the Al Rostamani Group was represented by Ms. Sanaa Wahman, Group Chief Executive Officer - Mobility.
The signing ceremony was attended by several Directors General and their deputies, Mr. Hossam Baghdadi, Chief Operating Officer of Arabian Automobiles Company, and Mr. Zaher Sabbagh,
Director of Chery UAE, as well as a number of department heads, officers, and officials from both sides.

The memorandum aims to enhance cooperation and partnership between the two parties and to elevate employee happiness at the General Headquarters. It supports national priorities and facilitates employees' access to vehicles through flexible mechanisms and convenient terms.

Brigadier Dr. Ali Bu Alzoud affirmed that the memorandum reflects Sharjah Police's strategic direction toward improving the quality of work life, supporting employees' financial stability, and providing sustainable solutions that meet their needs. He noted that the "Tamalluk" initiative represents a qualitative step toward fostering a positive and motivating work environment. He further emphasized that this partnership underscores both parties' commitment to developing sustainable cooperation that supports quality of life, strengthens institutional integration, and aligns with the economic and social development objectives of the Emirate of Sharjah.
