Sharjah Police Celebrate Students’ Return to School

By: Ohoud Suleiman Al Naqbi
Sharjah Police celebrated this morning the students' return to schools through visits to several educational institutions and to the “Little Police Officer” nursery at the headquarters building. The initiative reflected its community responsibility and reinforced national values among students.
The event was attended by several officials. These included Dr. Ali Ahmed Bu Al Zoud, Director General of the General Department of Resources and Support Services; Brigadier Faisal bin Nassar, Director General of the General Department of Community Prevention and Protection; his deputy Brigadier Dr. Tariq Al Madfa; Brigadier Ahmed Al Marri, Director of the Department of Community Prevention and Protection; and Brigadier Dr. Mohammed bin Butti, Director of the Security Media Department.
The visit included distributing UAE flags to students as part of an initiative that strengthened national identity in their hearts, enhanced their sense of belonging and pride in their nation, and strengthened their sense of loyalty. The “Little Police” character was also present, taking part in students’ first-day activities. Students spent part of their day with police personnel in an interactive experience that fostered community closeness, enhanced positive engagement, and helped instill values among the younger generation.
Sharjah Police affirmed that this initiative aligns with its vision, “A Safe Society… A Leading Police Force,” and supports the promotion of community security concepts through qualitative initiatives targeting youth. It contributes to preparing a conscious and responsible generation capable of actively supporting national efforts and the path of development.
