Sharjah Police concluded the “Mobile Licensing Services Center” initiative, held in Al Hamriyah area in cooperation with the Al Hamriyah City Council, with the participation of the Sharjah Driving Institute, ENOC “Tasjeel,” and Al Jaber Optical. The initiative comes as part of efforts to enhance the quality of community services and facilitate access to them in an efficient and convenient manner.
The initiative, which took place at Al Hamriyah City Council headquarters and lasted three days, attracted a strong turnout from area residents who benefited from the services provided. These included a 30% discount for those enrolling in driver training programs, vehicle technical inspection services for easy renewal, and eye tests for individuals seeking to open a traffic file, obtain a driving license, or renew it.
Brigadier Dr. Jassim bin Hadda, Deputy Director General of the General Directorate of Operations and Security Support, affirmed that the initiative's success underscores the importance of constructive, fruitful cooperation with strategic partners. He noted that joint efforts with participating entities contributed to delivering integrated services that meet community needs with high efficiency and quality.
He explained that Sharjah Police is continuously committed to strengthening institutional partnerships and developing community initiatives that bring services closer to customers, saving them time and effort and enhancing overall satisfaction, in line with the leadership’s vision to advance public service systems in line with best practices.
He added that the initiative aligns with Sharjah Police’s strategy to enhance communication with community members and reach them across different areas by providing flexible, innovative traffic and licensing services that improve the quality of life and increase customer satisfaction.
