Sharjah Police Higher Command Council Reviews Progress of Development Projects and Service Quality

Lieutenant General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, chaired the seventh meeting of the Sharjah Police Higher Command Council, attended by council members, to review institutional performance and the latest developments in initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and strengthening the readiness of the security system.
The Commander-in-Chief affirmed that the continuous development of police services remains a key priority for Sharjah Police. He stressed the importance of adopting proactive solutions and innovative initiatives that address the needs of the community and customers while reinforcing confidence in the security and public services provided by the force.
During the meeting, the council reviewed the progress of several strategic and technology-driven projects, as well as customer happiness initiatives. Members also examined the outcomes of the Higher Command Council’s work during 2025, including projects, initiatives, and recommendations that contributed to institutional development and enhanced quality of life across the community.
The meeting further discussed several topics related to institutional excellence, including the results of stakeholder surveys assessing the organization’s commitment to governance principles, as well as a report on customer complaints that identified opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall service experience.
Council members also reviewed plans to further develop the employee incentives system, with the aim of fostering a positive work environment, encouraging innovation and high performance, and ultimately improving the quality of services delivered to the community.
The meeting concluded with an emphasis on the importance of implementing the approved recommendations and development initiatives to achieve sustainable, measurable outcomes and further strengthen Sharjah Police’s position as a leader in security and public service excellence.
