In implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and under the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Lieutenant General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, announced the promotion and rank adjustment of 1,921 personnel working in the Sharjah Police. The promotions included 1,555 personnel who received promotions or rank adjustments, while 366 personnel were granted seniority.
The directives also included the promotion and the granting of seniority to personnel working at the Sharjah Academy for Police Sciences and the Sharjah Civil Defense Authority.
His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer affirmed that these promotions reflect the vision and great support of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, for the personnel of Sharjah Police and the emirate's uniformed services. He noted that His Highness remains committed to empowering and motivating personnel while providing a supportive environment that fosters their professional development, thereby contributing to the advancement of the security system and reinforcing institutional excellence.
His Excellency congratulated those promoted, and shared his trust in their ability to continue serving with dedication and to shoulder their new responsibilities with competence and professionalism. He emphasized that promotion is, above all, a responsibility before it is an honor, and a motivation to redouble efforts and continue striving for excellence in the performance of duty, to contribute to strengthening the security of the United Arab Emirates in general and the Emirate of Sharjah in particular, safeguarding their achievements, and enhancing quality of life and community security.
