In line with its vision of fostering a culture of community responsibility and its belief that civilized behavior is one of the fundamental pillars of quality of life and sustainable security, the Sharjah Police, represented by the Security Media Department, has continued its community awareness campaign, “Your Behavior Shapes the Place,” coinciding with the start of the summer holiday.
The campaign is being implemented in collaboration with a number of government entities, strategic partners, and summer centers, with the aim of reaching all segments of the community in locations experiencing increased summer activity and delivering awareness messages that promote civilized behavior and strengthen community responsibility.
The campaign seeks to encourage positive behavior and reinforce the values of responsibility and commitment among all members of society through educational lectures delivered to children, young people, parents, and employees of government entities and institutions. These efforts support community partnerships while promoting respect for regulations and the preservation of public facilities, based on the principle that responsible behavior forms the foundation of a safer, more disciplined society.
Sharjah Police emphasized that the summer holiday brings a significant increase in the use of public facilities and recreational destinations, making it an ideal opportunity to raise awareness of responsible behavior among all members of the community. It also highlighted the pivotal role of families in instilling positive values in children, while noting that both public and private sector institutions play a complementary role in strengthening the culture of community responsibility among employees and customers alike.
