As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen a culture of communication and promote a positive, innovation-driven work environment, the Eastern Region Police Department at Sharjah Police organized an interactive session under the theme ‘Tawasul’ (Communication). The session was attended by Brigadier Dr. Waleed Khamis Al Yamahi, Director of the Eastern Region Police Department, along with the heads of the Comprehensive Police Stations.
The session featured discussions on a range of development ideas and proposals aimed at enhancing employee performance and improving the quality of policing services, supporting Sharjah Police’s continuous improvement journey and strategic objectives.
Brigadier Dr. Al Yamahi stressed that effective communication with employees is a cornerstone of developing the policing system, as it provides an opportunity to listen to their ideas and suggestions and turn them into practical initiatives that improve the work environment and enhance organizational performance. He added that such efforts ultimately contribute to delivering higher-quality policing services in line with Sharjah Police’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
At the conclusion of the session, Brigadier Dr. Al Yamahi honoured a number of outstanding employees in recognition of their dedication, commitment, and exemplary performance, encouraging them to continue striving for excellence.
