Sharjah Police Organizes Happiness and Positivity Forum to Enhance Quality of Life Sharjah Police

Sharjah Police, represented by the Central Region Police Department, organised the Happiness and Positivity Forum under the theme "A Happier and More Positive Workplace" at the Al Dhaid Literary Council in Al Dhaid City, with the attendance of  Brigadier Khalifa Musabah Al Ketbi, Director of the Central Region Police Department, along with heads of police stations, as part of Sharjah Police's commitment to enhancing employees' quality of work life and fostering a motivating work environment that supports excellence and innovation.

Brigadier Khalifa Musabah Al Ketbi affirmed that employee happiness is one of the fundamental pillars of achieving institutional excellence, reflecting the leadership's belief that investing in human capital is the true foundation for enhancing performance and advancing the policing system.

He noted that creating a positive work environment based on appreciation, effective communication, and encouraging initiative and innovation contributes to improving employee satisfaction, increasing productivity, and enhancing the quality of policing services provided to the community.

The forum covered several topics focusing on promoting a culture of institutional excellence, highlighting the importance of improving productivity and achieving operational efficiency. It also provided an open platform for dialogue to discuss observations, listen to employees' suggestions, and adopt ideas and innovative initiatives that contribute to improving the workplace. In addition, the forum highlighted the importance of embedding sustainability principles across administrative practices and operational activities, in line with the Sharjah Police General Command's commitment to sustainable development.

At the conclusion of the forum, Brigadier Khalifa Al Ketbi honored distinguished employees for their outstanding performance during the first half of 2026, in recognition of their dedication and commitment to their duties and as an incentive to continue striving for excellence. The recognition reflects the Sharjah Police General Command's commitment to valuing outstanding talent, promoting a culture of excellence, and fostering a happier and more positive workplace.
