Lieutenant General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, chaired the Eighth Meeting of the Higher Leadership Council, attended by Council members, to review the latest developments in institutional performance and discuss several strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening institutional excellence, enhancing service quality, and fostering a culture of innovation across the workplace.
Lieutenant General Bin Amer affirmed that sustaining institutional leadership requires a continuous commitment to a methodology based on ongoing evaluation, investing in improvement opportunities, and advancing institutional systems to enhance organizational performance, improve the quality of services delivered to the community, and embed a culture of innovation that drives sustainability and institutional excellence.
The Council reviewed the Analysis of Improvement Opportunities Report, developed from the findings of the Seventh Edition of the Minister of Interior Excellence Award, which aims to strengthen institutional performance and benefit from its outcomes to enhance procedures and raise organizational readiness.
The Council also reviewed the Innovators Support Framework, a unified institutional framework designed to regulate the procedures for supporting and empowering innovators, while enabling the development of their ideas into impactful innovation projects that contribute to enhancing institutional performance, fostering a culture of innovation, and advancing the leadership's objectives of institutional leadership and excellence.
