Official speaker, undoubtedly, has a significant effect on any institution. It also contributes to preserving society and ensuring its engagement in important events of concern. This book throws the spotlight on the key role of smart official speaker during crises and disasters. The study is applied on Ministry of Interior, and its key findings and recommendations are as follows:

- The idea is based on the creation of an electronic application which is programmed as an official speaker in times of crises and emergency to disseminate breaking news. The idea is closely associated with the advancement of new technology used in news broadcasting and in electronic news sites.

- Making use of artificial intelligence techniques in security media field. This is done by means of linking smart official speaker to Ministry of Interior.
