The objective of this book is to highlight one of the most important topics on the global scope which is:
Knowledge Management, as Knowledge Management became the focus of interest of pioneer establishments, therefor United Arab Emirates Minsitry of Interior focused on it, this book is issued to explain the importance of applying Knowledge Management in Police work and its impact on Security Innovation that is contributing and enhancing the role of Police Service in confrontation of crime, as it upgrade the status of security organisation, the study conculded with a set of recomendations most notable are:
Firstly: Upgrade of Knowledge Unit to Section Level in the Department of Stratgey & Performance Development in Sharjah Police Headquarter for the important role assigend to this section and its great role in developing Security Innovation.
Secondly: Perssonel and Non-Commissioned Officers capabilities must be developed through relinking profeesional and military promotion with obtaining higher education certificate, in addition to participation of employees in all training courses and effective workshops.
